Blogging can be profitable in several ways. These include:

Blog Sponsorships – Blog sponsorships are when you put an ad on your blog in exchange for money. This could be a sponsored review, a guest blog post, a sidebar link, an – ad in a newsletter, etc. There are many different kinds of paid ads on websites.
Display advertising: Display advertising is when you place an advertisement on your blog in the sidebar, below a blog post, below your header image, or in another location on your blog. Then, you get paid a certain amount for every number of times the advertisement is seen.
Creating your product – You could make and sell many things on your website, like a book, a course, etc.
Improve your page views.
Working all the time to get more people to look at your pages can help you make more money. Because of this, you’ll want to keep getting these numbers up so you can blog full-time.
There are many ways to get more people to view your blog pages.
Here are some ways to get more people to visit your blog:
- Use Pinterest – It’s one of my top traffic sources and brings me about 200,000 visits a month. Making great images, ensuring the titles and descriptions are engaging, pinning often, and only pinning long images. In case you were wondering, I use Picmonkey to edit all my photos and Tailwind to schedule them. I suggest buying this Pinterest strategy guide because I use it for my strategy, which has greatly helped me.
- Find other social media sites to use – Besides Pinterest, there are other social networking sites you can check out. This includes Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, and others.
- Post often – It would help to put something new up at least once a week for most blogs. People may remember you if you post on your blog for weeks or months.
- Write a guest post – If you write a guest post, new readers may check out your blog and sign up for it. This is a great way to reach out to a new group of people.
- Make sure your content is easy to share – I love to share blog posts on social media. But it can be annoying when some blogs make it more complicated than it needs to be. It would help if you always made it easy for people to share what you write. This means that your social media icons should be easy to find, and the information that needs to be shared (such as the title, link, and username) should already be in place, etc.
- Make headlines that get people’s attention – The title of your post can be a big reason why people click on it or not. This is something I work on all the time because headlines are so important!
- Learn SEO – I couldn’t teach you SEO (search engine optimization) in such a small space. But you should look into it and learn more about it and how it can help you.
- Make it easy for readers to look around – If you want more people to read your other blog posts, make it as easy for them to do so. It would help if you made it easy for people to find your blog’s homepage, categories, tags, search bar, and other parts. Also, you should put links in every one of your blog posts so that people can find related topics quickly.
- Start an email list – Constant Contact is an excellent company for email marketing. They have great customer service and offer a free trial for 60 days that don’t need a credit card.
